Pet Portrait Cat Family Collection
I love pet portrait commissions, especially when I get to play with the pets unique personalities. It makes the brief even more interesting. I love animals, cats, dogs and rabbits are some of my favourites. So when someone commissions me to paint pictures of their 3 cats with their own personalities I have to say YES!
Each of these paintings has been hand-drawn, converted into stencil format, cut intricately and then the stencils are spray painted on 300gsm thick textured card. I added metallic gold spray paint to the text on bumbles hat and to the crown and tiara on Gizmo and Bramble, to just give it that extra special touch.
The colourful backgrounds were chosen to match the cushions in this families house where the paintings will be hung.
